Eigenschaften
Magnesium is an essential mineral for the body. In combination with other minerals, it not only acts as a building material for bones and teeth, but is also important for muscle function, energy metabolism, and the nerve system.

Magnesium can normally be absorbed in sufficient form through food. In stressful or strenuous phases, such as training for a run, there may be an additional need for magnesium, which is optimally covered by taking MAPURIT®.

The Vitamin E contained in MAPURIT® additionally protects the cells from oxidative stress.
