QUENTAKEHL ® is not an antibiotic and does not contain or produce penicillic acid. Therefore, the possible side effects of antibiotic treatment such as allergies, liver damage, destruction of the intestinal flora and the formation of penicillin-resistant strains do not occur.
QUENTAKEHL® D5 should be discontinued after a maximum of 4 weeks of therapy.
QUENTAKEHL® D5 contains sodium, but less than 1 mmol (23 mg) of sodium per 1 ml, i.e., it is nearly "sodium-free."
QUENTAKEHL ® 5X - Liquid Dilution For Injection
Composition: Medically active substance: 1 ml liquid dilution for injection contains: 1 ml Penicillium glabrum e volumine mycelii (lyophil., steril.) dil. 5X. Other constituents: water for injections.
Based on experience used supportively for: As with all registered homeopathic remedies, therapeutic indications are not stated.
Contraindications: Do not administer in cases of known hypersensitivity to mold fungi (Penicillium glabrum).
Side effects: Because of specific organic components of QUENTAKEHL®, theoretically, hypersensitivity may occur. In this case, discontinue medication and treat symptomatically.
